Evans & Company was formed in 1980 by Harper C. Evans, and has been family owned and operated since its establishment. The company started when Harper realized that there was a need for dependable real estate services in the upper Kanawha Valley, and after obtaining his Broker's licences, he formed the company. The first agent to join the team was his wife Jane Evans, who is still active in the real estate market after 27 years of service. Evans & Company currently employs 7 agents, ranging from sales agents to land consultants.
